I love discovering new brands especially those which encompass my style and are high quality. I recently came across Spanish brand Bgo & Me who embrace slow-paced fashion, using only the very best materials. All of their pieces which I have are really high quality, made with beautiful materials and craftmanship.

Bgo & Me’s designs have impeccable cuts, exclusive fabrics and customised designs with a completely artisanal process which takes place in their small workshop in La Coruña in the northwest of Spain. They emphasise quality over quantity and both the design of the pattern and cut of each garment are done by hand and most of their pieces are made to order.
For summer I chose this beautifully designed lilac dress, the lavender “Dafne” midi. There were a few aspects of the dress which I really loved; firstly I am always on the lookout for lilac clothes and can rarely find them, the details of its design such as the ruffles and buttons are unique and eye-catching and lastly the material is really a really stunning print.
One of the other aspects of Bgo & Me which makes shopping with them such a pleasure is their range of matching accessories that go with each of their designs. For this lilac dress, they have a co-ordinating clutch, headband, crystal earrings and strappy sandals. The lavender suede Swarovski clutch is a lovely piece and one that I can see myself wearing with many outfits.
